Breaking: Sir Charles React To election Date announcement.


Its a good news, its a welcome development,  i encourage the students to go out and vote who ever they feel is the best to voice for their i interest. Yes the period is short but a leader with master plans can really make an effect and set the road map for the next government to follow. Check 2017 SUG set,  lead by Giant Comr. Nwachukwu Okechukwu {Young Evangelist},  though he had a good plan to build a standard S.U.G. office,  but due to time he could not finish it; yet that was the road map the government after him followed. That a road map for you. Vision.

        My only fear at this point,  is the issue of Electronic Voting i hard on Sunday. I hope it's a rumor and i also Hope the leaders who are suppose to speak on this don't allow them selves to be compromised. I have no reason to believe there should be this type of issue because the management promised us to follow the constitution in all it processes,  also I don't think our constitution allows that, its not any where close to the constitution.  I see no reasons the truth will always be swept under the carpet just to justify some excuses. If we must move forward as a nation,  issues like this should not be compromised. We are institution of learning,  we most be learning by following things as suppose. The news about the election is a welcome development,  its what the aspirants have being clamoring for. It would have being calamity if election is not conducted during our time. Its a big shame  and a big slap on the polytechnic students. We have paid for SUG and there is no reason what so ever why we should not have our own elected students leaders. That's the truth definition of Democracy; Allowing the people to vote their choice.

If you ask me of my plans about this election,  i will tell you the truth,  for now Oko students already knows those who are capable to lead them. Who ever the election favours now should carry it. Mind you,  none of the aspirant can lose now. For the fact they kept faith with the struggle till now shows they all deserve it. So we will thank God for any result that finally comes out. But my fear is not allowing the students to Vote in a way it was constitutionally approved. You check the constitution your self too.

Don't lose faith In Fed. Poly Oko SUG,  Sir Charles Begs fellow students. Its a thing of shame if i most be truthful to my feelings right now; but we can't lose hope now. Its now we stand the taste of our true leadership strength. Yes we don't have elected leaders to speak for us but God on our side. We as students of this great institution most understand that the freedom we seek most not come on a plater of gold. Many have given up on the course to have a better S.U.G. but as the dreams keep on burning,  i stand to tell you that Fed. poly Oko not having SUG elected leadership is the will of God for us to value it when it finally arrive.  My plead to you, i s not to lose faith in SUG. Even if its two weeks the leaders stay in office,  our demand should always remain same. That SUG should not be under appointment. Rather we should be given opportunity to choose our leaders.
